 behave. For students, it is just as important as physical health, yet it is often overlooked 

 amidst academic pressure. Good mental health allows students to cope with daily stress, work 

 productivily and achieve their full potential.

health by balancing studies with hobbies and rest.

Regular exercise and physical activity have been 

proven to enhance mental well-being and reduce 

anxiety. Practicing mindfulness, engaging in yoga and

maintain strong social connections with friends and family can helps 

students cope with pressure.
