People have to travel to various places. They have to carry their goods. People use various 

means for travel and transport. Therefore travel and transport is very important to people.


In the past, people used animals for travel 

and transport. They used bulls, camels, 

donkeys, horses and elephants. But now 

people use modern means for travel and 

transport. Now they can travel even to other 

planets. They use big ships to transport heavy 

things. They use huge trucks and containers 

to transport various things. And also they use aeroplanes, trains and buses to carry 

passengers. Some people use private vehicles for their journeys. Most people like to travel 

very fast. New technologhy helps them to travel fast.

We must always try to use buses and trains 

to travel. Then we can reduce thr traffic 

congestion. Road is public property. We must

use it carefully. We have to travel. We have 

to transport goods.
